Their mission is to provide specialized education and training to advance the care of cosmetic patients by offering innovative education on the newest therapies, technologies, and procedures in dermatology and aesthetic medicine. AES is unique in its focus, making it a valuable resource in the industry.

CHALLENGE
Despite being a highly anticipated conference among aestheticians and injectors, Aesthetic Extender Symposium faced a significant challenge – a lack of social media presence. With the goal of increasing event attendance and year-round engagement, they sought to capture the energy and excitement surrounding their conference and establish themselves as a leader in the industry.
OUR APPROACH
To tackle this challenge, we initiated a multi-faceted approach.
First, we analyzed what had previously worked for AES and identified effective strategies from competitors. Given the limited pre-existing content, we created engaging, bite-sized content that showcased the essence of the conference. We shared educational facts and statistics about the industry, provided information about the upcoming conference in a captivating way, and used the power of social media to expand their reach.
Since partnering with AES for the second consecutive year, our social media marketing strategies have driven remarkable growth across all aspects of the conference.

In 2022, AES saw 88 attendees, 0 workshop registrations, and 24 exhibitors/sponsors.
By 2023, just months after we took over their social presence, registrations surged to 625 attendees (SOLD OUT), 41 exhibitors/sponsors, and 3 sold-out workshops.
In 2024, our continued efforts resulted in an unprecedented 725 healthcare professional attendees, 475 sponsor attendees, and a total of 1,200 people present at AES. We helped promote 4 fully booked workshops, including two sold-out cadaver labs.
Our campaigns generated over 150,000 views during the four-day event, with a 190% increase in profile visits and a 192% increase in clicks to the Registration page.
Over the past year, AES experienced a 40% growth in followers, 500,000 impressions, and 2,500 website clicks, demonstrating our role in fostering long-term engagement and success.
With 75 exhibitors and sponsors, including industry leaders like Allergan Aesthetics, Galderma, and Revance Aesthetics, AES continues to expand its influence, reinforcing its status as a premier event in the aesthetic medicine field.
